Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges! Please note the following details about our exchange process:

- As of June 2025, we will no longer be able to hold items in anticipation of an exchange. 

- Exchanges will only be processed once the original item is returned and received by us.

- If you'd like to purchase a different size or color immediately, you're welcome to place a new order. Once we receive the original item, we’ll issue a refund for that purchase. 

POLICIES:

Returns

All returns will be issued store credit. STORE CREDITS do not expire. Please note the following details about our return process:

- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date tracking shows delivery to -you. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be rejected. 

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

- Any items marked FINAL SALE on our website, Facebook page, or app are not eligible for return. 

- Shipping is not refunded on any order unless the wrong item is received, or the item is defective or damaged. In the event of these issues, please email us at: RefinedGrey@gmail.com 

- If we receive items outside of the return date period, you will have the option to have items sent back at your expense or we can donate them to a local charity.

- Returned items must be in original, unused condition (not worn, not washed, no stains or odors) with the original tags. Smoke odor and pet hair are reasons for rejection as these are not sellable.

- LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS are eligible for return 30 days from the date the order is filled and marked ready for pickup.

- Please include either original packing slip or a copy of the purchase invoice with your order number.

- RETURN LABEL:
Hate to go to the USPS? Us too😆! We are happy to email you a return label within the 30 day return window.* For this service, please email us at refinedgrey@gmail.com

*If a return label is provided by us, a fee of $7.95 will be deducted from the store credit.
